Sololearn doesn't ban people lightly. There is always a reason, even if the users don't think it is. One reason could simply be that you're not accepting the ban on your "main account". That's not doing the right thing. A ban is there to stop your use for a period of time, if you create another account, you're going against the ban - and I think then you're banned again. If you need a better answer, it would be better to contact Sololearn through [email protected] and ask what you did and how long the ban is for. They might tell you all you need to know.
