You , it would make sense that you also mention the platform you are working on. android app, ios app and web app are independent apps. there is a high probability that the error only occurs on one of these platforms.

I started seeing the problem after my phone upgraded to Android 15. Sololearn is in the process of rolling out V4.108.0 that should fix it.
