Hariharan S Creating a lesson was a old feature which is now removed and no one can use this feature, as Justice mentioned you can use feed post instead, it's also a better option to post off-topics content.

Unfortunately, it's not possible anymore but you can always use your Community Feed to post challenges or share knowledge. I've learned quite a few things from people making lesson-type posts.
