rules for posts here?

i was wondering where i could see the rules for new posts in this discussion forums. Not about the usual "inappropriate and off-topic not allowed" but about what type of post is allowed and is relevant.

Ace You should use your feed to post and promote your codes, blog articles, tutorials, etc. You can also post to some groups. The Q&A is reserved for questions. Happy coding!

Ace I believe you could do that, ensuring you're not promoting your code and it is only for teaching
