What should I learn so I can get small projects from freelancing and I don't have an pc to work on projects only on mobile I want money to buy and for money I want a job so please suggest best languages so I can start earning from mobile and I am a student.

You could start with Web Development(HTML, CSS and JavaScript), they're awesome for Freelancing projects. Though if you don't need interactive pages(pages that behave or do something from user action like click) then you may just learn HTML and CSS.
