Can any one teach me how to study c-sharp

This is how I study: I read through the language all the way, even if I don't fully understand it yet. Then I practice what I understood and remembered. Then I read it again fully. This time I write down any concept that I still don't fully understand. Afterward I research everything on my notes extensively until I gain a better understanding of it. Then I practice those concepts so I can solidify my learning and understanding. Repeat this process over and over til you've got a good grasp on the language. Afterwards seek out as many additional resources as you can and keep on learning! Best of luck to you!
